Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the trash pickup services (“Service”) provided by Western Garbage Man (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of service

We provide scheduled removal and disposal of approved household garbage only, subject to the limitations outlined below. Service is offered only within designated service areas and on scheduled pickup dates.


Accepted waste

We collect dry, non-hazardous household garbage only.

Accepted waste includes:

  • Bagged, dry household refuse

  • Non-recyclable household materials

  • General household trash that is properly contained

All waste must be placed in standard household garbage bags, securely tied and intact.


Prohibited waste

The following items will not be collected:

  • Food waste or organic waste of any kind

  • Liquids, leaking materials, or wet waste

  • Hazardous, toxic, or dangerous materials

  • Chemicals, solvents, oils, paint, or batteries

  • Sharp objects not safely contained

  • Construction or renovation debris

  • Furniture, mattresses, or bulky items

  • Electronics (e-waste)

  • Yard waste, compost, soil, or organic materials

  • Recycling

  • Any item not accepted by the municipal waste facility

If an item cannot be accepted by the disposal facility, it is prohibited under this Service.


Bag limits

Each subscription includes a maximum number of bags per month, as stated at purchase.

  • Bags exceeding the limit may be left behind or removed for an additional fee

  • Overfilled, torn, leaking, or unsafe bags may be refused

  • Only standard household garbage bags are permitted

Pickup requirements

Bags must be placed at the designated pickup location before the scheduled time

Late, blocked, or inaccessible bags may not be collected

We are not responsible for bags damaged or removed by animals, weather, or third parties


right of refusal

We reserve the right to refuse collection of any bag that:

  • Contains prohibited items

  • Is unsafe, leaking, overweight, or improperly packaged

  • Violates these Terms

Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.


Additional fees

Additional bags beyond the plan limit may be removed at our discretion for an additional fee. Fees may be applied after service completion.

Customers are solely responsible for the contents of all bags. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or damages resulting from prohibited items.


Service schedule

Pickup times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational factors. Delays do not constitute a breach of service.


Cancellations and modifications

Cancellations and plan changes are subject to policies outlined at signup. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups due to customer non-compliance.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
